Miami-Dade Transit contracts Parsons Brinckerhoff to manage rail, bus expansion

Miami-Dade Transit recently awarded a seven-year contract to Parsons Brinckerhoff to provide program management consulting services for the People’s Transportation Plan, which includes adding 22 miles to the agency’s rail system and expanding bus service.
The firm also will complete environmental studies for the projects, and develop and implement a community outreach program.
