Mississippi harbor commission lands federal grant to improve Port Bienville Railroad

The Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission recently received a $1.6 million grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration to improve the railway at the Port Bienville Industrial Park.
