Mississippi harbor commission lands federal grant to improve Port Bienville Railroad

The Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission recently received a $1.6 million grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration to improve the railway at the Port Bienville Industrial Park.

The Port Bienville Railroad, which is operated under the commission's authority, serves the park.
