The National Mediation Board (NMB) recently appointed Zachery Jones senior mediator. He will supervise a team of mediators who work to resolve rail and airline industry contract disputes.
Since joining the NMB in 2000 as a mediator, Jones has handled cases involving both railroads and airlines. He previously was an assistant professor of business and sports law at Howard University, practiced law at Washington, D.C., firm Popham, Haik, Schnobrich & Kaufman, and served as a sales representative for Norfolk Southern Corp.
