NS adds freight-bill features to online shipment-management tool

Norfolk Southern Railway recently added several freight-bill applications to Web-based shipment-management tool accessNS.
As part of the eFreightBill feature, NS customers now can access:
• eDispute, to submit freight and demurrage disputes online;
• Bills of Lading, to view and print bills of lading for originated traffic;
• Account Summaries, to view account summaries and create custom spreadsheets;
• Freight Invoices, to view, print and email multiple freight bills; and
• Demurrage Detail, to view, print and email detailed demurrage charges.
