The National Mediation Board (NMB) recently developed an "Arbitrators' Caseload Report" and posted a link to the report on the its Web site (www.nmb.gov).

Designed for practitioners of railroad grievance arbitration cases under the Railway Labor Act and interested members of the public, the report shows grievance cases by arbitrator and whether a case is late (if a decision has not been rendered within six months of when an arbitrator heard a case).
 
Accessible by clicking on the "Arbitration" feature on the home page, the online report provides a direct link to an NMB database reflecting current updates.
