Ohio rail commission adds three members

The Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC) recently added three members:
• Ronald Rasmus, president and chief executive officer of Great Lakes Towing Co.;
• Jerry Wray, director of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT); and
• Mark Kvamme, director of the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD).
Wray and Kvamme serve as ORDC commissioners because both ODOT and ODOD hold ex-officio commission seats. An independent agency within ODOT, ORDC provides funding for and oversees rail and grade crossing projects.
