OmniTRAX Inc. recently made several changes to its executive team. The short-line holding company named Darcy Brede senior vice president and chief operating officer; Larry Bush, SVP and chief financial officer; Mike Ogborn, managing director-government and public affairs; and Kimberley MacMillan, VP of human resources.

Brede will continue to directly manage operations for the entire OmniTRAX organization, including U.S. and Canadian rail services, and terminal, equipment and switching services. He also will be responsible for financial performance, team development and safety.

Since joining the company in 2007, Bush has served as the firm’s top financial advisor. He will oversee all company accounting practices, including the accounting departments, budget preparation and performance, financial planning and reporting, tax/audit/treasury, and revenue management systems.

Ogborn, who’s served OmniTRAX the past 16 years, will continue to serve as president of the Churchill Gateway Development Corp. and be responsible for fostering government relationships within Canada at the federal, provincial and local levels, as well as with First Nations tribal leaders. Ogborn also will continue to manage legislative and regulatory matters within the United States and Canada.

Finally, MacMillan, who joined OmniTRAX last year, will be responsible for all human resources, benefits and payroll activities.

OmniTRAX owns and operates 17 regionals and short lines in 10 states and three Canadian provinces, and provides intermodal, industrial switching, transloading and other services.
