Owens Corning honors BNSF's intermodal service

Owens Corning recently named BNSF Railway Co. the recipient of the 2008 Global Logistics Carrier of the Year award for an intermodal service provider.
The award recognizes BNSF for “superior” on-time performance and for contributing “significantly” to Owens Corning’s success in 2008, Owens Corning said.
Each year, the company recognizes all types of carriers for their service on both inbound and outbound moves.
