Owens Corning recently presented BNSF Railway Co. two 2006 Global Logistics Carrier of the Year awards.
The shipper recognized the Class I as the Enterprise Carrier of the Year for Intermodal Services and Enterprise Rail Carrier of the Year for Carload Rail Services for “superior” on-time performance, according to a statement issued by Owens Corning.
The shipper presents the awards annually to carriers in all modes to recognize their inbound and outbound transportation service performance.
