Two Pacer International Inc. divisions recently took home the gold in the annual “Quest for Quality” competition sponsored by Logistics Management magazine.
For the third-consecutive year, Pacer Stacktrain won the top prize in the “Rail/Intermodal Services” category. The division also scored the highest overall value rating. And for the first time, specialized trucking services provider Pacer Transport won a gold medal in the “Truckload Providers” category.
Divided into eight categories, the awards are determined by 6,300 transportation and logistics services buyers, who rank transportation and logistics providers on customer service, on-time performance, information technology, equipment and operations, and overall value.
