Parsons Brinckerhoff recently obtained a contract to provide program and construction management services for Line No. 3 of China’s Shenzhen Metro.

Scheduled to begin later this year and be completed by 2009, the project will include building four miles of subway track with six stations, and 16 miles of light and elevated track with 13 stations.

Phase 1 of the Shenzhen Metro — which includes 13 miles of subway track with 20 stations — opened in December.
