Peru copper miner installs Train Track's traffic-control system

Earlier this year, Train Track Computer Systems Inc. installed a computerized traffic-control system for Southern Peru Copper Corp.

Train Track and Railroad Signal International L.L.C. replaced a codeline, interlocking equipment and Track Driver eXtra central control system.

The new system includes a single PC with dual screen monitors to provide a track schematic as well as a train graph, alarm control and various internal diagnostics.
