RMI recognizes customers with first-ever 'Fast-Track' awards

Today, RMI announced the first-ever winners of its Fast-Track Awards, which the company created to honor users of its Web-based services. The awards recognize railroads and shippers that use RailConnect® and ShipperConnect services to automate manual processes, improve asset or data management, or increase event reporting.
The 2006 winners, which will be honored at RMI’s annual users’ group meeting to be held in June, are:
• the Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern, and Iowa, Chicago and Eastern railroads;
• Chicago SouthShore & South Bend Railroad;
• Minnesota, Dakota and Western Railway/International Bridge and Terminal;
• Tacoma Rail;
• Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad and Rail Link;
• Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis;
• Suburban Energy Services;
• Port Terminal Railroad Association;
• Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway Co.;
• St. Lawrence & Atlantic Railway Co.;
• Chemis de fer du Quebec/Quebec Railway Corp.; and
• New Brunswick Southern Railway Co.
