advertisement
On May 25 at 1 p.m. (EDT), Progressive Railroading will present “Rail Car Counts: The New Reality,” a webcast offering vital freight-car market information, such as the state of orders for coal, tank, intermodal and the three types of covered-hopper cars.
Toby Kolstad, a principal of Rail Theory Forecasts L.L.C., will be the featured speaker for the webcast, which will be moderated by Progressive Railroading Editor Pat Foran. Kolstad will review car orders and deliveries for 2010, and provide insight on the car industry’s short- and long-term outlook. He expects to answer such questions as:
When will orders for new coal cars recover?
What happened to ethanol? and
How will orders and deliveries stack up in 2020?
To register online for the webcast, which costs $195, log onto www.progressiverailroading.com/webinar/railcar10.
