Rail system advocate/author Kunstler to deliver keynote at association's annual high speed rail meeting

The Midwest High Speed Rail Association recently announced urban planning advocate, journalist and novelist James Howard Kunstler will deliver the keynote address at the association’s annual meeting to be held Feb. 25 at IBEW Union Hall in Chicago.
An advocate of rebuilding the passenger railroad system, Kunstler will discuss ways to adapt to ever-increasing energy costs.
National Association of Railroad Passengers Executive Director Ross Capon also will speak at the meeting and share his perspective on the current political climate in Washington, D.C.
