advertisement
In July, the Railway Association of Canada (RAC) named Bruce Burrows acting president and chief executive officer after Bill Rowat retired from the association. RAC officials are seeking a permanent successor to Rowat.
"Final changes and announcements regarding staffing … are expected to be made later this fall," says Burrows, who previously served as vice president of public affairs and government relations.
The association also recently launched "Interchange," a quarterly magazine designed for members. RAC represents 60 Canadian freight, commuter, intercity and tourist railroads.
