'Railway Interchange' co-located trade show coming to Minneapolis in 2011
advertisement
It might be more than two years away, but four rail industry associations have formally announced what they expect to be the nation’s largest consolidated trade show for railway products and services.
The American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA), Railway Engineering-Maintenance Suppliers Association (REMSA), Railway Supply Institute (RSI) and Railway Systems Suppliers Inc. (RSSI) plan to hold Railway Interchange 2011 in Minneapolis Sept. 18-21, 2011.
The event will include AREMA’s annual conference, Coordinated Mechanicals Association’s technical presentations, REMSA’s and RSI’s indoor and on-track exhibits (at a nearby Union Pacific Railroad yard), and RSSI’s indoor exhibits.
The associations plan to hold a joint co-located event every other year after 2011.
For more information on Railway Interchange 2011, contact Charles Emely at AREMA (301-459-3200/chemely@amera.org); Judi Meyerhoeffer at REMSA (703-241-8514/meyerhoeffer@remsa.org); Thomas Simpson at RSI (202-347-4664/simpson@railwaysupply.org); or Donald Remaley at RSSI (502-327-7774/bucky@rssi.org).
