Surface Transportation Board (STB) Chairman Charles Nottingham recently appointed Rachel Danish Campbell chief of staff. She will serve as his senior advisor and senior representative for other STB offices.
Most recently a partner at law firm Foley & Lardner, Campbell previously served on the STB Office of General Counsel’s staff and was an attorney-advisor in the board chairman’s office. She also has represented the STB before U.S. Courts of Appeal and in other capacities.
Soon, Nottingham — who in August became the board’s fourth chairman — will name an attorney-advisor to his office, the STB said.
