Later this month, San Diego’s North County Transit District (NCTD) will host three public workshops on transit-oriented development projects at the Carlsbad Village Station, and Escondido and Oceanside transit centers.
In addition, the agency has distributed questionnaires to passengers at the three transit centers to gather opinions on land-use options. The developments could include a mix of businesses and services, entertainment venues and residential complexes.
