Santa Clara VTA seeks passenger feedback

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is conducting on-board passenger surveys until year end.
The agency is polling light-rail and bus riders about trip information such as destinations, travel times, frequency of use, fare payment and communications. VTA will use the results to improve its systems and services based on passenger needs, VTA officials said in a prepared statement.
