CXNM/Bio-Tracking Security Inc. recently created a land security and counter-terrorism department to more aggressively market its wireless vehicle/asset tracking and security system to railroads and trucking companies as an anti-terrorism device.

The company's WARLOCK real-time tracking system features remote shutdown, lock/unlock and anti-hijacking capabilities, Global Positioning System navigation and tracking, biometric fingerprint identification and voice communication. The system is designed to enable railroad and trucking dispatchers to remotely shut down any vehicle that strays from a pre-designated route or is threatened by a terrorist act.

"Today, the world faces real threats that were unheard of several years ago," said CXNM/Bio-Tracking Security Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Tremis in a prepared statement, adding that the company's land counter-terrorism department will help track and recover vehicles after a terrorist act, and prevent vehicle hi-jacking and theft.
