Later this month, Sound Transit will kick off a series of public workshops on the East Link light-rail project.
A centerpiece of the Roads & Transit ballot measure that will go before voters in November, the proposed line will connect Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond, Wash. During the public meetings, Sound Transit officials will review project details with community members and seek input on design work, which will continue into 2008.
