Tomorrow, Sound Transit will host an open house and public hearing to review plans for the proposed Airport Link.

Sound Transit, Port of Seattle and city of SeaTac officials plan to extend the 14-mile Seattle-to-Tukwila, Wash., Central Link light-rail line — which currently is under construction — 1.7 miles to SeaTac International.

Sound Transit recently completed the environmental assessment for the extension, which is expected to be complete by 2009’s end, shortly after Central Link opens.
