Sound Transit to review transit options with local residents
advertisement
This week, Sound Transit is holding four open houses in East King County to provide information and gather comments on proposed transit projects.
The agency is seeking public feedback to prioritize projects for Sound Transit 2, the regional plan for establishing the next set of transit investments that would expand the agency’s transit systems.
Sound Transit has identified 80 potential commuter- and light-rail, and bus projects. The agency will complete preliminary cost and benefit information for each project by year end, then release the information for public review in early 2006.
