St. Louis Metro unveils second customer service center

St. Louis’ Metro recently opened a second MetroRide Customer Service Center. Located in Clayton, Mo., the center provides train and bus schedule information, and houses agents that sell light-rail and bus tickets and passes.

Metro’s other customer service center is located in downtown St. Louis. In addition to selling the agency’s regular and reduced fares and tickets, the MetroRide centers soon will begin selling a monthly Combo Pass, which provides passengers unlimited use of MetroLink and MetroBus services, and a parking facility.
