Steelworkers ratify CP pact

United Steelworkers (USW) Local 1976 members recently ratified a three-year contract with Canadian Pacific. The union represents about 1,100 CP clerical and intermodal workers

The agreement provides a total 6 percent wage increase from 2010 to 2012. The previous agreement between USW and CP expired on Dec. 31, 2009.
