The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) recently appointed Tamara Miller special counselor. She will be responsible for sharing, coordinating and protecting transportation security-related information, and ensuring transportation employees and passengers are treated fairly.
In 2003, Miller joined the TSA as director of civil rights. She previously served as deputy chief and trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice’s civil rights division, and a senior litigation associate with Washington, D.C., law firm Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi.
