Transportation Technology Center Inc. (TTCI) recently named Jon Hannafious manager of business development to succeed Ryan McWilliams.

Hannafious will be responsible for railroad members of TTCI parent Association of American Railroads and the center's performance monitoring market segments. He most recently served as marketing manager.
