TTX tabs Marion to serve as VP/CFO

On June 30, TTX Co. announced that Thomas Marion had been promoted to vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 1. His responsibilities include corporate tax and real estate, financial planning, treasury, banking and risk management, and the controller's department.
Marion joined TTX in 1975 as manager-equipment financing, and held various financial positions until he was promoted to VP-finance and treasurer in June 2000. He received a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and economics in 1968 and an MBA degree in 1972, both from the University of Michigan.
