Big 4 Terminal Railroad Corp. recently filed a verified notice of exemption with Surface Transportation Board to acquire and operate over a 1.5-mile line owned by RMW Ventures L.L.C. and operated by 25-mile Wabash Central Railroad Corp. (WBRC).

Big 4 Terminal Railroad plans to sublease and operate the track, spur and yard track, terminal facilities and other properties near Craigville, Ind.

The railroad expects to connect with WBRC and conduct terminal switching operations at Craigville. WBRC would continue operating over the remainder of the line.
