Toyota honors UP's service

Union Pacific Railroad has been named the top railroad in on-time service performance and customer service in 2009 by Toyota Logistics Services.
The awards recognize a transportation carrier that provides superior on-time service performance, and customer service that excels in communication, equipment supply, responsiveness, collaboration, business controls and overall ease of doing business, according to a prepared statement.
UP transported nearly 500,000 Toyota vehicles in 2009.
