Triple Crown Services Co. recently was named the No. 1 intermodal service provider by Logistics Management magazine — the fourth time in the past five years the transportation firm has earned the honor.
The magazine polled more than 2,000 buyers of transportation and third-party logistics services to gather ratings in five areas: ontime performance, overall value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations. The magazine then weighted scores based on each factor’s importance.
A Norfolk Southern Corp. subsidiary, Triple Crown provides door-to-door truckload service featuring 53-foot RoadRailer™ trailers.
