UP promotes three execs in finance department

Union Pacific Railroad recently announced three finance department promotions, which took effect April 1. The Class I named Jennifer Hamann general auditor to succeed Jim Hale, who retired; Michelle Gerhardt, assistant vice president of investor relations to succeed Hamann; and Todd Rynaski, AVP of financial reporting and analysis to succeed Jerry Gose, who retired.
Hamann has 19 years of experience at UP, including various positions in the corporate audit and human resources departments. Most recently general director-financial analysis, Gerhardt has more than 21 years of experience, including posts in the corporate audit, human resources and accounting departments. Rynaski has more than 15 years of experience at UP, most recently as general director-information technology.
