UP reassigns four operating department managers

Union Pacific Railroad recently appointed Shane Keller senior assistant vice president-network integration and scheduling, effective Nov. 1. Keller will be responsible for continuing to improve the railroad’s network transportation plan.
Since joining UP in 1990, he has held various leadership positions in the operations department, most recently as AVP of operations-Northern Region.
The Class I also named Lance Hardisty, Rod Doerr and Mike Brazytis superintendents of transportation services, effective Nov. 15.
Most recently superintendent of transportation services-St. Paul, Minn., Hardisty will hold the same position in El Paso, Texas; most recently director for mechanical maintenance, terminal operations and transportation services, Doerr succeeds Hardisty in the St. Paul position; and most recently a superintendent at the Harriman Dispatching Center, Brazytis will head transportation services in San Antonio.
