For the 21st-straight year, United Parcel Service is "America's Most Admired" transportation company, according to a Fortune magazine survey of 10,000 senior executives, directors and analysts.

The only company to score more than a 9 on the magazine's 10-point scale, UPS is the only U.S. firm to be ranked No. 1 in four of eight categories: quality of management, financial soundness, use of corporate assets and social responsibility.

UPS ranked No. 2 in quality of products and services, and long-term investment, and No. 5 in innovation and employee talent.

The shipper joins such other No. 1 ranked companies as General Electric Co., Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble Co., IBM Corp. and Starbucks Coffee Co.
