Today, rail workers around the world are expected to participate in the International Transport Workers’ Federation Railway Workers’ International Action Day.

As part of the campaign by workers and their unions designed to promote rail as a sustainable transport resource, rail workers will stage activities worldwide, ITF officials said in a prepared statement.
