Vossloh AG continues to bolster its rail infrastructure product line. Last month, the track material and component supplier acquired Danish switch manufacturer Sportek. Now, Vossloh has acquired The Netherlands’ Kloos Oving B.V., which produces track switches, components and other products.

The transaction is subject to approval by supervisory board and antitrust authorities. In 2007, Kloos Oving’s provisional sales totaled about $21.8 million.

Vossloh’s rail infrastructure division supplies fastening and switch components, and provides infrastructure services.
