WFEC Railroad gives trackage rights to Kiamichi
advertisement
WFEC Railroad Co. has agreed to provide overhead trackage rights to Kiamichi Railroad L.L.C. over WFEC’s entire 14-mile Oklahoma line.
The agreement permits Kiamichi to provide rail service only to Western Farmers Electric Cooperative Inc.’s Hugo electric generating station under new commercial arrangements among Kiamichi, WFEC and Western Farmers; Kiamichi won’t be able to serve any other shippers that relocate on the line.
Surface Transportation Board granted the trackage-rights exemption May 9; the decision was published in the Federal Register May 16.
