WMATA to present FY07 spending plans to the public

Tonight, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) will hold its first-ever public information session on the authority’s fiscal-year 2007 spending plan.

The meeting will enable the public to comment on the plan and speak with WMATA board members and senior management about the budget process.
