When Watco purchased the Boise Valley Railroad, Legg became the road’s marketing manager, a role he will continue to fill, according to WTS.

The company also named Dusty Tenney marketing manager for the Eastern Idaho Railroad and promoted Dee “Shawn” Lautner to chief mechanical officer of the Grand Elk Railroad. Tenney previously held various corporate marketing position in the insurance industry and Lautner served the Grand Elk’s mechanical department in various capacities.
