Watco installs Thrall as interim regional VP

Last week, Watco Cos. Inc. announced Rob Thrall will serve as interim regional vice president of operations-West Region. Most recently director of operations-West Region, Thrall will be responsible for all of the region’s departments, including operations, marketing, car repair, locomotives, and track and switching.
Since joining Watco in 1994, he has served as general manager of the Great Northwest Railroad and Palouse River and Coulee City Railroad, a conductor for the Eastern Idaho Railroad, and engineer and trainmaster.
