PS Technology: Innovation Station

PS Technology introduces Innovation Station, a mobile collaboration app that lets users submit ideas anonymously and have their peers vote, comment on and share them. The most favorable ideas are funneled through a configurable workflow.

Ideas that are "favorable" then get support for "validation" and have a chance to be chosen for "implementation." This method of crowdsourcing innovation is based on the premise that the more people that interact and contribute, the more efficient and effective the process becomes, company officials say.

Innovation Station gives everyone a voice to share ideas, and ideas gain value when they are bounced off other people and real-world variables. Innovation Station also provides all the graphs, charts and exportable tables you need to direct innovation in your organization. The dashboard provides insight on overall performance of the innovation pipeline.
