HARTING: Assembly tools

From hex keys to crimp tools, panel punches and torque sets, HARTING now offers its largest portfolio of assembly tools yet that align with its connector products for both large form factor industrial and board level connectivity.

HARTING tools are designed to offer a solution that precisely fits the connector or contacts involved.

HARTING's extensive tooling lineup has continued to expand, with the addition of a slim-line screwdriver set and tightening torque tools for guiding pins. The tightening torque tool offers a fixed torque (0.5 Nm), which makes it almost impossible to over or under tighten. The slim-line screwdrivers are ideal for assembly with the integration of the insulation at blade diameter. HARTING battery or manually operated panel cut out punch tools are designed to make it simple to create the corresponding panel cut out by eliminating laborious sawing. The punch tool is available in different sizes.

The lineup of HARTING crimp tools covers assembly needs from D-Sub all the way up to 240mm2 wire cross sections, and includes manual crimp tools, battery operated crimping tools for field assembly, and fully automated crimp tooling machines.
