HUBER+SUHNER: Omni-S MIMO 4x4 antenna

HUBER+SUHNER has launched the SENCITY® Omni-S MIMO 4x4 antenna.

Designed to install internet in trains, the new omni-directional antenna features four ports and can be used as a 4x4 WiFi MIMO multi-port antenna.

The antenna's " extremely rugged design and ability to cater for 4x4 WiFi makes the SENCITY ® Omni-S MIMO 4x4 the perfect solution for mass transit," said Bernd Heidtmann, Product Manager RF at HUBER+SUHNER.

In addition, the product's flat and unobtrusive design prevents damage and vandalism, company officials said. The antenna meets the EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 rolling stock standards and cover a range of application needs.

Due to a single-hole mount design, the installation of the antenna on site is straightforward, according to HUBER+SUHNER.
