LEDtronics: LED post top lamps

LEDtronics has introduced its newest line of premium-brand conical LED post top lamps, which are DLC-listed and come in base-up and base-down variations.

The LED40B post top series has a conical shaped LED layout. The design targets light toward the desired location, eliminating light loss due to reflection and redirection. It greatly improves lighting efficiency and provides maximum luminance to the targeted area, the company said. Potential application uses include railroad station platforms, driveways, parks and playgrounds, security lighting, pendant lighting, globe lighting, and outdoor and covered parking areas.

The lamp was designed for energy efficiency without sacrificing performance, according to the company. LEDtronics conical LED post top lamps consume 55 watts base up and 57 watts base down, and can replace older HID lamps up to 250 watts. The LED40B post top series has energy savings of up to 80 percent. All of these beneficial components add up to an "instantly-on, no-delay, premium light experience," the company said.

These conical LED post top lamps are also customizable. They're available in multiple color temperatures, such as Warm White (3000K), Natural White (4000K) and Pure White (5000K).

In addition, the new line has E39 and E26 bases available upon request to accommodate varied customer needs. The lamp accommodates a voltage range of 100 to 277 VAC.

The LEDtronics conical LED has no mercury or harmful ultraviolet light emission. The LED40B series requires "little to no upkeep," which can reduce maintenance costs, according to the company.
