Sunrise Camp PTC Services: Consulting services

Henry McCreary of Sunrise Camp PTC Services offers consulting services in the areas of positive train control (PTC) project strategy and planning, PTC supplier and hosted services selection, locomotive PTC provisioning, software configuration management, PTC communications, radio spectrum, radio tower construction NEPA review, and PTC industry relations.  

McCreary retired from CSX in 2015. His PTC experience includes being a member of CSX PTC management team with exposure to all aspects of the PTC project and full responsibility for design and deployment of PTC communications (office, wayside, and locomotive). Additionally, he participated in numerous ITC committee activities, was a member of Meteorcomm's Management committee and President of PTC-220.  

As chair of the ITC Architecture committee, McCreary facilitated and contributed to the development of AAR Standard S9001 ITC System Reference Architecture. As a consultant, he was a primary contributor to the PTC Implementation Guide published by Rockwell Collins under an FRA Grant.
