The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is commencing the procurement process for the following: RFP# 139-24 seeks a vendor to provide The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority ("MBTA" or "Authority") qualified mechanical services for the overhaul of diesel locomotives and passenger coaches, as well as provide mechanical support for the commissioning of locomotives and coaches overhauled by other contractors, including required FRA inspections.
