CTC Inc., founded in 2007 as a privately-held firm with the name Campbell Technology Corporation, initially served the railroad industry, providing communication and signaling engineering expertise. The company rebranded in December 2012, adopting the current name, CTC, Inc. (CTC). While the company's core service offering focuses on highway-railroad grade crossing preemption review, design and inspection, through aggressive, planned growth, the company has expanded its communication and signaling services, and added communication and signaling products.
