The Model 60 Ballast Regulator is equipped with a 275-horsepower engine and a six-speed powershift transmission. The over-size cab is 75 inches wide and 88 inches high for operator comfort; there's room for four people. The welded-construction frame features 4 x 12 solid steel side members. The machine weighs 50,020 pounds and has a high tractive effort. The Model 60 can be equipped with a one-pass transfer plow, a four-season plow or a snow plow with snow wings. The high tractive effort makes the Model 60 a very effective snow fighter, the company says. Travel speeds at near 50 mph are possible. The ballast regulator is equipped with turntable, air conditioner and ergonomic seating.
