Progress Rail, MOW Division

The SkyTrim 75 is a rough terrain rubber-tired vehicle with telescoping boom and saw-type cutter head designed to trim trees and branches from the right-of-way. The machine is equipped with an air cooled 106-horsepower engine and a two-speed powershift transmission. A two-piece telescoping fiberglass boom allows tree branches to be trimmed up to 75 feet above the track. The machine can be equipped with hi-rail attachments. A rear winch and front blade are standard. A 24-inch carbide tipped saw turning at 3,200 rpm makes trimming quick and easy, the company says.
